Salvador Ramos was able to kill 19 children and 2 adults while Uvalde Police refused to go inside the school due to the cowardly orders of their leadership, while taking the time to arrest the parents who wanted to go inside and save their children. Some parents had the courage their local law enforcemnt lacked, going inside the school and saving their children.

Ramos was eventaully killed by LEO's who were not cowards like the higher ups in Uvalde Law Enforcemnt.
